Advanced Contracting in Local Government is a one day course designed to help advance the knowledge and skills in contract management. It covers vital aspects of effectively managing the contracts; from inception to closeout. The individuals managing high risk, complex contracts or those intending to build on their expertise in this domain will benefit from this course.
