Bronwyn Challis
Business Development Manager – Northern Region

Bronwyn is an experienced procurement professional with a passion for improving the procurement practices of councils. It is this passion for procurement in local government that led Bronwyn to her current role at LGP as the Business Development Manager for the NSW Northern Region.

Prior to joining LGP, Bronwyn held a variety of public sector procurement roles, most recently as Strategic Procurement Coordinator at both metropolitan and regional councils.  In these roles, she led procurement transformation projects which successfully saved millions of dollars and thousands of hours.

Bronwyn holds a degree in software engineering and a Diploma of Government (Procurement and Contracting) and has extensive skills and experience in business process re-engineering and data analysis.

As Business Development Manager for the NSW Northern Region, Bronwyn is supporting councils to re-imagine their procurement function as a strategic profit centre, that can deliver significant savings and efficiencies whilst maintaining compliance with local government rules and regulations.
