Niv has rich and varied experience of more than twenty years as a senior manager, corporate trainer, teacher and consultant in Australia and overseas. With her forte and qualifications in Business Management, Human Resources Management and Information Systems, she has worked in diverse roles across several industries both in public and private sectors. Niv also has keen interest in research and her research papers have been presented and published at various national and international forums.
