Michelle is an HR professional with close to 20 years’ experience in the field, having worked within the hospitality and airline industries, and various private, government and not-for-profit organisations. She has extensive expertise in organisational development, employee relations and leadership development; and has had success in creating cultures of collaboration, and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.

As a qualified Nutritionist, specialising in paediatric nutrition, Michelle has a keen interest in corporate wellness, and in nurturing the health and wellbeing of employees.
Michelle has been supporting LGP for the past 4 years, driving culture and leadership initiatives across our business.
