LGP Contract Buyers’ Guides Now Available

At LGP, we’re committed to helping you get the most value out of our contracts.

Our recent Stakeholder Sentiment Survey revealed that many of you find it challenging to engage suppliers through LGP Contracts. To make this process easier, we’ve begun developing Buyers’ Guides for each contract.

These handy guides are now available for the following six contracts – simply look under the Documents section in VendorPanel:

  • LGP213-3 Bitumen, Emulsion, Asphalt and Line Marking

  • LGP419 Plant, Equipment and Machinery

  • LGP1208-4 Professional Consulting Services

  • LGP420 Minor and Major Civil Works

  • LGP808-4 Human Resources Placements and Services

  • LGP115-2 IT&C Products, Services and Consulting

Each Buyers’ Guide is a one-stop document designed to make supplier engagement clearer and faster. You’ll find everything you need in one place – including contract scope, customer terms and conditions, and a step-by-step guide for running an RFQ.

How to Access the Buyers’ Guides:

  1. Log into VendorPanel

  2. Go to LGP Lists

  3. Click into the Contract Documents section

  4. Then simply click on the Buyers’ Guide link to open it.

We’ll continue to roll out Buyers’ Guides for more contracts over the coming months, so stay tuned!
