| 2+ years recent professional experience (council or similar) | 12 face-to-face training days (9AM-5PM, Sydney LGP office or Zoom) |
| Basic computing skills (Word, Excel, email, internet) | 2x online academic support sessions per unit (2 hours each, mandatory) |
| Language, Literacy, Numeracy (LLN) test | Self-paced assessments (6-8 hours/week average) |
| Pre-enrolment interview with Head of Training | Includes Christmas/New Year holidays |
This course consists of 12 units (8 core + 4 electives) over 56 weeks.
