Entry RequirementsDelivery Format

18+ years old

Blended learning across 52 weeks of study
2+ years recent professional experience (council or similar)

12 face-to-face training days (9AM-5PM, Sydney LGP office or Zoom)

Basic computing skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)

2x online academic support sessions per unit (2 hours each, mandatory)

Language, Literacy, Numeracy (LLN) test

Self-paced assessments (6-8 hours/week average)

Pre-enrolment interview with Head of TrainingChristmas/New Year holidays excluded from timeline

This course consists of 12 units (5 core + 7 electives) over 52 weeks.
