LGP109-4 Debt Recovery Services
· Access Mercantile Services Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 64 137 182 015 and ACN 137 182 015) has been suspended from LGP109-4. LGP will provide further update should there be any change to its suspension status.
· REDENBACH GROUP PTY LTD has been terminated with immediate effect 12 May 2026 from the LGP109-4 Debt Recovery Services panel contract.

· Affective Services Australia Pty Ltd ABN 37 008 581 066 / ACN 008 581 066 has been terminated under the LGP113-3 panel arrangement effective 25 May 2026.

· Next Telecom (ACN 074 728 724) has changed its company name to CommsChoice Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 617 293 071). LGP confirms that there has been a change to the company ABN/ACN.

· Indesco Pty Limited ABN 37 008 581 066 / ACN 008 581 066 has been terminated under the LGP1208-4 panel arrangement effective 25 May 2026.

· Asphalt Laying Services Pty Ltd t/as ALS Group (NSW) have ceased trading effective 8 May 2026 and are no longer an LGP Approved Contractor under this LGP213-3 panel arrangement.

· Asphalt Laying Services Pty Ltd t/as ALS Group (NSW) have ceased trading, effective 8 May 2026 and are no longer an LGP Approved Contractor under this panel arrangement.
· Dalski Pty Ltd ABN 11 107 119 442 / ACN 107 119 442 has been terminated under the LGP420 panel arrangement effective 25 May 2026.
· KK Consultants Pty Ltd trading as KK Civil Engineering is now offering Category 7 - Bulk Construction and Landscape Materials, Category 10 - Transportation & Disposal of Materials and Category 11 - Recycled Discarded Construction Materials under this panel arrangement.
· R Line Civil & Concreting Pty Ltd (ABN 58 613 851 684 and ACN 613 851 684) has been suspended from the LGP420 Minor and Major Civil Works including Construction Materials effective today 14th May 2026 due to Overdue Reports from August 2023. LGP will provide further update, should any change to its suspension status.
