At LGP, we are committed to continuously improving our services and obtaining an understanding of the needs and preferences amongst our valued stakeholders. To achieve this, we have engaged KPMG to undertake a stakeholder engagement project. They will be undertaking a survey and focus groups over the coming weeks to capture unique insights from our key stakeholders.
You may be aware that we have done these in the past, this has resulted in outcomes and key successes including:
- Development and implementation of Customer Service Standards within LGP. This enhanced and streamlined support to our stakeholders whilst also improving internal work culture and creating efficiencies with time and resources.
- Creation and release of video tutorials to inform stakeholders about contracts, products, and services.
- Building of a new webinar delivery capability to complement our service offering and event program including tender briefing, contract implementation and contract utilisation sessions. During FY23 LGP ran 37 different events to collaborate with almost 2,000 people.
This feedback matters as it provides us with the opportunity to understand our stakeholders’ experiences and allow us to address any current challenges. This survey will directly influence future initiatives and help us enhance our service offering.
What to expect:
- Survey Launch Date: Early to mid-June 2024.
- Survey Duration: Approximately three weeks.
- How to participate: A unique survey link will be sent to selected stakeholders for their completion.
- Time commitment: The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
- Confidentiality: All responses will be anonymised and will be used solely for the purpose of this survey.
- Incentives: As a token of appreciation all participants in the focus groups and survey will be in the draw to win a free attendance to the LGP Conference at Doltone House in October (Approximately $1000 in value!)
In terms of next steps, please keep an eye out for the survey invitation being sent by KPMG outlining clear instructions on how our stakeholders can complete it.
