T1.14-3 – Road, Traffic Signage and Roadside Products

REQUEST FOR TENDER No: T1.14-3

Local Government Procurement (LGP) has been established to provide a fully integrated procurement service to councils and associated organisations in NSW. LGP was established by Local Government NSW on behalf of its members to create a procurement operation dedicated to meeting the specific needs of Local Government (Please see our website at www.lgp.org.au for more information).

Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) invites tenders for Standing Offers to supply Road, Traffic Signage and Roadside Products.

LGP114-3 Road, Traffic Signage and Roadside products is the replacement contract for LGP114-2 Road and Traffic Signage, Associated Hardware and Roadside Products. A minor change has been made to the contract name.

Please note that incumbents who are currently an approved contractor under LGP114-2 Road and Traffic Signage, Associated Hardware and Roadside Products will be still required to submit a tender to LGP114-3 Road, Traffic Signage and Roadside products as it is a new contract.

LGP requires the following Deliverables under this contract:

    Category One – Standard Signage

    Category Two – Non-Standard Signage

    Category Three – Variable Signage

    Category Four – Guardrails

    Category Five – Gabions, Mattresses and Geosynthetics

    Category Six – Environmental Monitoring, Warning Products and Systems

    Category Seven – Associated Hardware and Accessories

    Category Eight – Installation and Services

Obtaining Documentation:  Tender documents may be obtained by registering via the E-Tendering Portal: eProcure.com.au/lgp. Should you experience difficulties accessing the above website please call the eProcure helpdesk on 1800 377 628.  Note that the Tender documents are expected to be available from 13 November 2024

A non-refundable fee of $88 dollars (incl. GST) is payable to download the RFT documentation.  eProcure will accept payment using most of the leading brand credit cards.

Mandatory Pre-Tender Briefing Video:  Tenderers are required to view a mandatory pre-tender briefing prior to being able to commence their response to the Request for Tender. The video is a pre-qualification requirement, Tenderers will need to acknowledge they have viewed the video and understand the information contained.  The acknowledgement is done through e-Procure. Please note Tenderers will have access to the video throughout the duration of the Tender process and are encouraged to refer back to the video for information, tips and expectations.

Lodgement:  Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box via eprocure.com.au/lgp by the time and date nominated. Late, emailed submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers, involved in the EOI/RFT/RFQ process, will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
