Phill Scott

Phill has been employed in key procurement roles in Local Government since 1991. During the last ten years he has also taught part-time Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics subjects at TAFE. Prior to 1991, he gained fifteen years relevant private sector experience, having worked in industrial coatings, aircraft fabrication, commercial air conditioning, horticulture, chemical and electronics industries. Phill's written articles have appeared in procurement magazines and in a text book and he has spoken at a number of conferences.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Association of Procurement and Contract Management and has been awarded lifetime "Certified Purchasing Manager" (C.P.M.) status through Victoria University in conjunction with the Institute for Supply Management (USA). Phill is an accredited probity adviser and a member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia.
