Measuring and Celebrating Success
Councils’ procurement functions are often tasked with leading procurement improvement programs and building the organisation’s procurement capability. This can result in substantial benefits to the organisation, such as improving compliance, saving time, and enhancing efficiency. Council procurement staff can measure and promote these benefits to demonstrate the value of the procurement function and drive further improvement.
This session aims to equip procurement leaders with the knowledge and skills to measure procurement impact and use it as a way to promote the benefits that a strong procurement function can bring to the organisation.
