LGP Survey – We Want Your Feedback!

We at LGP, are committed to continuously improving our services and obtaining an understanding of the needs and preferences of our stakeholders.

To achieve this, we have engaged KPMG to undertake a stakeholder engagement project which includes a survey and focus groups to capture unique insights and we invite you to participate. All responses will be anonymised by KPMG and remain confidential.

You may be aware that we have done these in the past, this has resulted in outcomes and key successes including:

  • Developing and implementing Customer Service Standards, improving support to stakeholders, and enhancing internal work culture.
  • Releasing informative video tutorials on contracts, products, and services.
  • Establishing a new online seminar delivery capability, facilitating collaboration through various events, engaging almost 2,000 individuals.

Your feedback is crucial as it allows us to understand your experiences and address current challenges. This will directly shape LGP’s future initiatives and enhance our service offering. Participation in the survey and/or focus groups will also enter you into the draw to win one of two free LGP conference tickets (valued at approx. $1000!)
