Introducing Marija Nedanovski

Who am I?

I hail from the picturesque landscapes of Macedonia, where my childhood was adorned with memories of beauty and charm. In 2005, my family embarked on a journey to Australia, where I embraced the challenge of adapting to a new culture and language. Today, I proudly wear many hats: daughter, sister, devoted mother to two incredible boys, and a loving wife to a wonderfully supportive husband. My life’s journey is filled with love, resilience, and the pursuit of dreams.

For nearly 10 years, I immersed myself in the vibrant tapestry of Macedonian culture and artistry as a member of the Ilinden Cultural and Artistic Association, where traditional Macedonian dancing became my passion.

As a Mom to two dynamic boys, these days, my focus has shifted to navigating the wild ride of parenthood with love, laughter, and a touch of chaos. Balancing the roles of nurturer, mentor, and superhero aficionado, I cherish every moment of their boundless energy, curious minds, and endless adventures. I devote my time to exploring various playgrounds, uber driver to swimming lessons and enthusiastically cheering on my soccer-crazed boys every Saturday at our local football club.

Together, we’re writing our own story of resilience, growth, and the unbreakable bond of family.

What keeps me busy at LGP?

As a contract administrator my role is heavily involved in:

    • Manage requests for pricing changes and update approved pricing accordingly.
    • Manage the administrative process for implementing new contracts.
    • Administer contract variations, communications regarding novation, suspension, and termination.
    • Facilitate invoice requisitions.
    • Monitor contract performance and recommend improvements to contract arrangements.
    • Assist internal stakeholders with contract reports and validate management fees by third-party stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of management fee records; and
    • Handle contract modifications, including communication regarding novation, suspension, or termination.
How do I make a difference at LGP?
    • I am engaged in tasks related to contract management strategies to enhance contract performance. I play a vital role in ensuring compliance, risk management, streamlining processes, enhancing relationships, improving communications and overall fostering positive outcomes for LGP.
    • Representing LGP in a positive and constructive manner in all interactions and supporting LGP’s Purpose, Vision, Values, and Customer Service Standards actively.
