Introducing Betty Jovic

Who am I?

I was born here in Sydney and have a Serbian background.  I am the youngest of the three siblings.  I have raised two boys and now busy raising two adorable cats (Oscar and Frankie) who think they are special.  I like to stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle.

I was brought up in the western suburbs, however, my most favourite place lies with Asia and Thailand would be my most favourite.  The vibrant culture, islands, stunning beaches and especially the food (explosion of flavours) that steals the show.

The picture is from my last holiday to Vietnam (June 2023) at the Golden Bridge, located in the mountains of central Vietnam, Ba Na Hills and it is often described as a walkway in the sky. However, I shall leave it up to you who shines brighter.

I am organised, reliable, competent and think that I have a good sense of humour and love to have a laugh now and again.

What keeps me busy at LGP?

When I joined LGP in 2018, I was appointed as a Tender Administrator and then I moved into a Legal Administrative role to support the Legal and Contracts Officer.  From drafting and reviewing documentation, negotiations, organizing meetings, agendas, minutes and ensuring effective communication amongst all stakeholders internally and externally.

The position of a legal administrator at LGP demands a diverse skillset, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a challenging but rewarding role where I can contribute directly to the success of the legal team and play a vital part in delivering essential legal services to diverse stakeholders.

How do I make a difference at LGP?

My role at LGP requires me to collaborate and support the legal team, understand and address the needs of stakeholders, and ensure their experience with the LGP is positive and efficient.

My work ethics aligns with LGP core values: Collaboration, Innovation, Leadership, Respect, Integrity, Empathy, and Fun.
