The LGP Annual Conference is the leading procurement conference within NSW Local Government. This conference brings together professionals from the field of procurement, infrastructure and sustainability, who are responsible for achieving strategic objectives and goals for their organisation.
In 2023 our conference is focused on how council staff can learn new ways to demonstrate their immense value across our sector.  We dive into how to better engage and collaborate with key decision makers. In order to create new value in a climate where costs continue to climb, the 2023 conference will outline how we need to explore all options and lift our negotiation skills to stretch ratepayer funds as far as possible.
Finally, we must make sure we can measure our impact, as well as communicate and celebrate what we deliver.  With that our 2023 conference theme of Connect, Leverage and Achieve will ensure all our delegates come away with new knowledge and techniques to apply back inside their council.

We have engaged leading industry experts to share relevant information, delivery workshops to frame principles and innovative practices, showcase initiatives and projects, to get you thinking of how your council can be part of the positive change.
