Cancellation Policy
LGP reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training session up to two weeks before the scheduled date if registration numbers are deemed insufficient. In such case, LGP will promptly notify those registered and will endeavour to offer an alternate training date.
You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to the training session date without incurring any charges. Cancellations received after this will result in full cost of the session being charged. LGP may, at its discretion, credit such a charge towards future LGP training.
No-shows on the day will be charged full cost of the session and no credit will be offered.
