Chief Engineer City Infrastructure & Traffic Operations – City of Sydney
Peter Shields is the Chief Engineer at the City of Sydney. He is responsible for asset strategy, capital works delivery and maintenance of the City’s infrastructure. Peter is a Civil Engineer with a Masters in Business. Over his 30 year career he has fulfilled leadership roles in both the private sector and in local government. Outside of his role at the City, Peter is a Director on the Boards of IPWEA NSW and IPWEA Australasia.
